Ecuador Holidays

Ecuador is a vibrant country with so much to see and do including Cuenca, Riobamba and jungle lodges.  Ecuador is the starting off point for a Galapagos visit with daily flights leaving for the Islands.  A trip to Ecuador should be combined with a trip to the Galapagos Islands for a true holiday of a lifetime.

Quito
Quito is a beautiful city and the second highest capital in South America.  The old part of the city is a UNESCO World Heritage Trust site which features many museums, churches and historical monuments. There are many tours available from Quito including the Middle of the World Equatorial Line Monument, the Otavalao Market, ‘Avenue of the Volcanoes’, the Cotopaxi National Park and the Papallacta Hot Springs.  Allow plenty of time for a stay in Quito to ensure you see all it has to offer.

Guayaquil
Guayaquil is Ecuador’s largest city and main port.  It has a lovely promenade and offers excursions to the Bosque Protector Cerro Blanco nature reserve amongst others it is primarily a base for a trip to the Galapagos Islands.
